If you do not see your insurance company listed, a Super Bill (detailed receipt of services rendered) may be provided. Many (not all) insurers will allow you to submit a Super Bill for reimbursement. To find out if your insurance will reimburse you for nutrition therapy, call the number on the back of your insurance card.
